Note to Parents: Thank you for your interest in our program. Our staff feels blessed to offer you a program in a Christian faith based setting that will supplement your child’s kindergarten learning experience. When comparing various programs, you may want to look at: number of days offered, length of the school day, teacher/child ratio and additional supply fees. Our classes have an excellent teacher/child ratio, no additional supply fees, no required fundraising, and operate classes beginning the first week of September 1 and continue through Memorial Day.

**St. Edward’s Parish families may request the parish-subsidized rate of tuition. Details for the request are found on the Subsidy Request Form. Non-active Catholic families, Catholics from outside St. Edward Parish, and families of other faiths pay the full tuition.

REGISTRATION: A non-refundable registration fee of $75 is required when registering for the program..

ENROLLMENT PRIORITIES: The priority levels are:

  • First priority is given to children who are members of active and contributing families of the parish. Priority for the children who have attended the preschool program.
  • Second priority is given to children who are members of neighboring Catholic parishes.
  • Third priority is given to children of families who are non-parishioners.

Our lead teachers are college degreed and the entire staff meets the qualifications required by the State of Ohio.

Our program is designed to provide a safe, fun and creative atmosphere where children can grow as individuals and is licensed by The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. A person trained in first aid is on site at all times.

TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  • Receive 5% discount for full payment by June 1st via check, cash or through Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) checking or credit card to be drawn upon August 5.th.
  • 10 monthly installments through Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) checking or credit card to be drawn upon August 5th for the initial installment with 9 consecutive monthly payments thereafter through May 2011.

A discount of 5% is given for each additional child enrolled. There will be no tuition adjustments made for calamity days as the weather is out of our control. We will make every effort to make up days if more than 5 days are missed due to weather or other emergencies.

We expect that your child will attend the entire school year. Refunds will be at the discretion of the administration depending upon time of year and ability to find a child to fill the slot. Our budget to operate a quality program is based upon full enrollment.
